Collaboration House (C-hub)

Providing the digital infrastructure for community connection

The Foundation recognized that many social impact initiatives fail not due to a lack of passion, but a lack of shared infrastructure. C-Hub was conceived as the "digital home" for the Foundation’s diverse portfolio, acting as a central node where intelligence, resources, and digital tools could be housed and shared across projects.

Mission & Impact

Recognizing that many charities work in silos, the Ostro Fayre Share Foundation established C-Hub to act as a digital "Collaboration House." It was designed to provide the underlying infrastructure that allows diverse charitable projects to share resources and intelligence.

C-Hub has become the essential "glue" for the Foundation's cross-community work, ensuring that insights from projects like SFI or Faiths United are preserved and shared across the entire network.
