Faiths United
Standing together across all faiths to meet our shared national challenges.

Established in March 2020 by Maurice Ostro, Faiths United was a rapid-response coalition born from the need for a national interfaith voice during the pandemic. It focused on the unique spiritual and practical challenges posed by lockdowns and public health crises.

Mission & Impact
Faiths United facilitated a unified, national interfaith response to shared national crisis. The initiative ensured religious communities could speak with one voice to the government, focusing on social solidarity and combating health misinformation.
The coalition became a vital bridge between the government and religious communities, hosting Q&As with ministers, combating vaccine hesitancy, and keeping young people of faith connected through a dedicated Youth Network.
