During the 2022 Platinum Jubilee, the Foundation led a major procession through Central London to celebrate religious diversity. The event highlighted how faith communities have become an integral part of the fabric of British life during the Queen's reign.
Mission & Impact
The walk was a celebration of the historic milestone of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with a public display of multi-faith solidarity. The mission was to bring hundreds of people together for a procession through London, culminating in a lunch that celebrated interfaith harmony.
The walk culminated at Westminster Abbey with a welcome from the Canon of the Abbey, as well as the Lord Mayor and the Deputy Lieutenant of Westminster.
