Maurice Ostro leveraged his role as Chair of the Leadership Development Network of the Young Professionals Organization (YPO) to build the national support scheme Peer Networks. This initiative addressed the "loneliness at the top" for small business owners. The Foundation recognized that during systemic economic shifts, the most practical solutions often come from peers facing the same challenges.
